REDEVELOPING a house in 12 months

How everything started

Redeveloping a house can be as easy or as complex as you make it. It could be as easy as just knocking down a few walls to change the layout, or as complicated as gutting an entire house going down the brickwork. We sourced a dilapidated property in West London which was unfit to be lived in. We decided to set ourselves the challenge of completing the whole redevelopment from purchase to re-sale in 12 months.

How did we do it?

We did it, but it wasn’t easy, but with our industry contacts and efficient team of architects, planning consultants, interior designers and builders.

There are a few things that can help you save valuable time, such sourcing the right property in the right areas.

Don’t go after the cheapest conveyancer, they work on volume, not service, nor speed. Pay a little bit extra to get quality and timely services.

You should also do a key agreement to gain access prior to completion, so that your team can gain access to measure up and prepare plans as soon as possible.
